Photodiodes PD24 structure

Here are presented typical curves of response vs wavelength at room temperature. 2.4 mm cut-off is measured at 10% of the maximum responsivity.   Besides standard models PD24 based on heterostructure with AlGaAsSb wide band-gap 'window', narrow spectrum photodiodes (PD24n) with GaSb 'window' are also available.
