Spectral Response of photodiodes with cut-off 2.5 µm
Special technology method is used for producing photodiode structure
with 'extended' spectrum. Here is presented typical curve of response vs
wavelength at room temperature for such photodiode with cut-off 2.5 mm
measured at 10% of the maximum responsivity
