LEDs in TO-5



Micro thermoelectric cooler (Peltier) and calibrated thermoresistor are included in the 6-pin TO-5 package. Optical quartz windows are used for models LED16÷LED38 and saphire windows for LED 43 and LED46.

Such reflector gives us possibility to focus LED radiation. Optical quartz windows are used for models LED16÷LED38 and saphire windows for LED 43 and LED46.
