Average
temperature shift of the spectra for all models LED27-LED46 is about
1.5 nm/K. Using of package with termocooler and control thermistor
inside make possible tuning in the spectral range of interest or
temperature stabilization of the LED. For LEDs without thermocooler
temperature shift is necessary to be take in account.
